Dreaming Your Life: Creating a New Story
Now is the time to step up, now is the time to evolve, now is the time to speak your truth. Sometimes thinking about these things can feel exhausting.
One way to counteract the overwhelm when it comes is to gather with a group of women who have all been there.
Telling your story and being listened to without judgment is a powerful thing. Being in a group of women in a safe and nurturing environment is a powerful thing. Gathering in sacred circle is uplifting, empowering and an experience that so many women crave.
In August we will be exploring inspiration and being open to receive insight. How can we be open to the enormous amount of creativity available to us from the Universe?
We will be using tools such as meditation, sound, drumming, and crystals to tap into the creative forces all around.
Join Jean Tindle and Cindy Starry as we offer a sacred space to connect, tools to care for body, mind and spirit, and a safe and nurturing environment in which to thrive. For the summer, we are keeping things free-flowing. Just show up and join the group.
