Grounding Compassion

Emerald is a stone that assists us, in a powerful way, to release anything keeping us from self-realization. According to one of my favorite crystal books, Crystalline Communion by Jack Frasl and Collen Marquist, “Emerald is a mineral which bypasses normal psychic function, bringing awareness directly to the heart where compassion rules.”

Emerald is a heart healer on all levels — physical, emotional, and spiritual. When the heart is clear and compassion is present, the soul begins to speak.
