This bracelet is set in Sterling Silver and 14k Gold Filled wire. The stones are a Herkimer, a Blue Obsidian, and Blue Obsidian Spheres accented by a Moon and a Leaf.
Herkimer diamonds are a type of quartz found originally in Herkimer, NY. They grow unimpeded by their host (or matrix) rock because they grow in water that is trapped within the rock. They are not cut, but have natural terminations.
Herks are good teachers about allowing your own growth to come forward as it is needed, regardless of others’ wishes or expectations.
